Had a check engine light on my dart come on as I went to work. Called pearl and got in the same-day, they checked out my car and found that it was just a glitch in the map sensor. They kept it over night and made sure it was fine and didn't charge for anything they did. They even brought me the water bottle I left at the shop back to me at home!
The service department is fast, friendly. Salesmen not pushy...always like going there.

Came in for service and found out we had a recall on a part which they are fixing on the spot with no appointment. Rob in service is great - very friendly and explains things in detail. Ended up talked to salesman Corey about purchasing a future vehicle and he was very friendly and helpful. Receptionist was also very friensly and was helpful in discussing new vehicles. Best dealership experience that I've ever had. Everyone was amazingly friendly and down to earth and we will most definitely be purchasing our next vehicle here!
