3rd time tried to get and oil change and was told 2 hour wait time. Great dealer. They need to work on a better way to get an oil change. Had to go to a oil change place near my house.
I made an appointment at 11:00 for an oil change! I got there around 10:45, gave the guy my keys and sat in the waiting room! 2 hours later my truck is finally done on a 20 minuet job! I made the appointment so I wouldn’t have to wait that long! I guess I won’t be going back to terry’s to get my oil changed anymore!

Once again a five star visit. Courteous & prompt service. Resolved my F-150 issue and described in detail the cause/effect relationship. This prompted me to contact Ford Motor Company about a potential major problem occurring in the manufacturing of their wiring harnesses & rodent issues. This costly repair, through no fault of the vehicle owners, is one that needs Fords prompt attention. My issue was resolved with great satisfaction from those in the service department. At Terry's Ford, they continue to keep my business through their great workmanship and customer service.
